Our Story
Compliance isn't something our team learned from a manual — we learned it at the bench. Our consultants are board-certified Medical Laboratory Scientists and clinical experts who've spent years running chemistry panels, reading manual diffs, and troubleshooting analyzers at 2:00 AM. Between us, we've worked across hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and urinalysis — and into high-complexity toxicology and molecular diagnostics, where we've run the testing and built the validations that bring new methods online. We've seen labs of every size, from startups building their first workflow to established labs preparing for their next inspection.
That hands-on experience taught us a pattern we kept seeing: physician office laboratories, ambulatory care centers, and reference laboratories weren't failing because they didn't care. They were struggling because they lacked the right partner. That's why we founded NLJ Laboratory Solutions.
